Android - In some newer versions of android, you have to click and hold on the file link and select download file.

If the downloaded file is an apk file then your mobile device will immediately request installation.
If the downloaded file is a compressed file (eg zip or rar) you must first go to the downloads and click on the download file and rename the file from .zip to .apk.

After this change the program can be installed normally

BSR-2100 Fire Detection

In newer versions of Windows, it may not be possible to connect the PC to the panel. In this case, please follow the steps below:

Install the Visual C++ Runtimes from the Visual C Runtimes link and run Install All.
Download and extract BSR-2100.zip, then install the software.
Launch the BSR-2100 application as an administrator (Run as administrator).
Go to the Help tab and select About BSR-2100.
In the window that opens, select Register ActiveX and run the routine that installs the required communication drivers.
Close the application.
Reopen the application normally; you should now be able to connect the PC to the panel.
